1. On-demand bookings

A booking can be cancelled at any time before its start time. The full amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days depending on your bank.

2. After the start time

Once the start time of your booking has passed, the booking is treated as used and no refund is available. If you couldn't access the parking due to a fault on Parkcy's side, contact support and we'll investigate.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
