Which cities does Parkcy work in?
Parkcy is launching across Cyprus with partner parkings in Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca first. New locations are added every month.
Do I have to pay in advance to reserve?
Yes — your card is charged when you confirm the booking. That's what guarantees the spot for you. If you cancel before your start time, you're refunded automatically.
What if the parking is full when I arrive?
It won't be — that's the entire point of a reservation. Your spot is held until your booking expires. If anything ever goes wrong, our support team makes it right.
Can I extend my parking time?
Yes. Open the app, hit "Extend", and add the time you need. You'll only pay for the extra duration at the same hourly rate.
How does the contactless gate work?
Pull up to the barrier and tap the button in the app. The gate opens. At supported parkings you can also scan a QR code at the entrance with your phone.
Is my payment secure?
All card payments go through 3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check). Parkcy never stores your card number — that lives only with our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider.
